Yes. Foundations is six classes spread across two weeks for total newcomers. Group of six, head coach, no peer pressure. We do not let anyone into the daily class until movement is safe and confident. About half of our members had never touched a barbell before they walked in.
Tell us at sign-up. Every workout has three scaling levels and our head coaches hold sports rehab qualifications. We work alongside your physio if needed. Most injuries are something we can program around within the same class as everyone else.
Absolutely. Drop-in rate is £22 for a single class. If you join inside the next two weeks we discount the drop-in fee from your first month. Bring trainers, a water bottle and an open mind.
Yes. Six showers, locker space, hair-dryers, a small lounge area. Towel service for £4 if you forgot. We also run a coffee bar in the morning sessions because there is no good reason not to.
