Yes. Floors covered, walls protected, dust sheets between every room we pass through. Skips booked in advance and parked on permit-purchased bays. End of day, the working area is swept and the rest of the house is left as you would want it.

Twenty-five percent design and order deposit, thirty percent on first fix, thirty-five on second fix, and the final ten only after the snag list is signed off. The total never moves from the quoted figure unless you change the spec, and then only in writing.

Old plumbing, rotten timber, dodgy electrics. It happens. We document with photos, quote the variation in writing on the same day, and you decide whether to proceed before we charge anything extra. Never a surprise on the final invoice.
