Yes. A two-person team can be on site within four hours during daylight, six in the dark. We make the roof safe and watertight on the first visit, then quote any larger work in writing within 48 hours. There is no callout fee for confirmed leaks.

A traditional pitched roof on a three-bedroom semi runs between £8,000 and £14,000, depending on materials, pitch and access. Flat roofs are quoted by square metre, typically £85 to £130 per m² for EPDM and £140 to £200 per m² for GRP. Every quote is itemised and fixed before any work starts.

Storm and accidental damage usually are, wear-and-tear is not. We provide an insurer-ready report with photographs, area measurements and a cause statement at no charge if we are doing the repair. The success rate on legitimate claims we support is above 90 percent.
