A look at what's inside your dashboard. You don't need to be a spreadsheet wizard to use it. Most clients drop in on Monday morning and again on Friday afternoon. That's all it takes.
The lead inbox
Every form submission, with name, contact, message, and which page they came from. Tag as new, contacted, won, lost. Export the lot as a CSV any time you like.

The analytics view
Visits, enquiries, conversion rate, top traffic sources. Three numbers a month is enough for a small business. You'll see whether the work we did is paying back.

The change-request form
Pick the type of change. The form tells you which tier it falls into and what it costs before you confirm. No more wondering if the typo email will appear on next month's bill.

The billing page
Next charge date, amount, past invoices, payment method. A "cancel any time" button that is findable, not buried. Pause for a month if you need to.
