The shape of the work
The build is short because the process is. We don't sell hours; we sell a site live by next week.
Seven days
Step 1 · Before the clock starts
You tell us about your business
Three-question form on /see-your-website, then you register. The moment your account exists, your project is created and assigned to you. No "discovery workshop", no sales call.
Step 2 · Before the clock starts
Requirements engine
A guided, in-dashboard flow with an AI assistant that helps you write the bits you might not have thought about: services, pricing approach, tone of voice, opening hours, the lot. It takes as long as you want it to. The 7-day build clock only starts once you click "Done" on requirements.
Day 1–2
First preview
A live draft of your site appears at a preview URL. Real layout, real copy in your voice, real photos. Click through every page. This is the moment most clients realise they're actually getting a website, not a slide deck.
Day 3–5
Revisions
Send notes by phone call, voice memo, or scribbled list, and we revise. One or two rounds is enough for most clients. The dashboard has a change-request form so nothing gets lost in emails.
Day 6
Domain & SEO
Your domain points at the new site. SSL, sitemap, schema, Google Business Profile signals, page speed: all configured before launch day.
Day 7
Launch
The site goes live. We email you a short dashboard walkthrough video so you know exactly where leads land and how to ask for changes. No 30-minute "handover call"; the dashboard is simple enough that you don't need one.
The contract
This is the part most agencies hide in the small print. We're putting it on its own page, in plain English, because it matters.
We host the site.
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security patches: all on our infrastructure. That's what the £30 a month buys. You don't touch DNS or servers; we handle the technical layer end to end. Most clients prefer it that way.
You own every lead.
Every form submission goes into your dashboard. Download the lot as CSV any time. Even after you cancel, the data stays exportable. The leads were always yours.
You can leave with the domain.
If you ever decide to move on, we transfer the domain into your name and point it wherever you tell us to. No exit fee, no hostage-taking, no long-term contract. Cancel any time.
Why we work this way: most independent traders don't want to learn DNS settings, renew SSL certificates, or fight with a registrar at midnight. We handle the tech; you handle the trade. That's how £30 a month covers it all. And if the day comes when you'd rather take it in-house, we transfer the domain across and wish you well.
