Tell them about us

A quick mention to a fellow trader. Send them /pricing, or just say "the lot was £275, the monthly is £30."

They sign up

When they sign up, we ask "how did you hear about us?". Make sure they say your business name (or send them an email link with your name in it).

Three months on us

Their first invoice clears, your three months start. We'll email you to confirm. The credit shows on your next monthly statement.

The fine print (in plain English)

What counts and what doesn't.

  • The referred business must be a new sign-up, not a returning client.
  • They sign up to the standard £275 + £30/month plan.
  • You must be an active care subscriber when their first invoice clears (no cancelled accounts).
  • You can refer as many businesses as you like. The credit stacks: refer two and you get six months free, refer four and you get a year free.
  • Credits don’t convert to cash. They sit against your future care fees.
  • If you cancel, any unused credit lapses. We don’t refund credits, but we will pause them for up to 90 days if you ask.
  • Sole-trader-to-sole-trader referrals only. We don’t pay credits for referrals from a marketing agency or a price-comparison site.
